RETURN POLICY FOR MusiciansBestDeal.com--We cannot return for refund or exchange expendable items or items such as speakers, harmonicas, microphones, wind blown instruments, reeds, or any item that health laws prohibit re-selling. Software, Books or copyrighted material cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Items that have been special ordered that are not on our site cannot be refunded or exchanged (Exchanges can be done on special ordered items that are defective).
We must receive your item(s) back to our shipping address within 30 days of delivery to your address of your order. You may return for refund or exchange any of the following NEW ITEMS purchased from our website at Tringas.com (For returns on pre-owned gear, see the next paragraph): Except what was mentioned in the previous paragraph, you may return for refund or exchange, merchandise that is in brand new condition. The item must include the original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Any item that shows any use will be refused and returned to you at your cost. Any item missing anything from the original box including accessories, adapters, manuals, and packaging, will not be allowed to be returned or exchanged. WE MUST BE ABLE TO RE-SELL THE ITEM AS BRAND NEW. Any item that does not meet these criteria will be refused and you will have to pay the shipping cost to get the item back to you.
Vintage and Pre-Owned Equipment: You must contact us first before returning any vintage or pre-owned instrument and receive a return authorization from us. The instrument must be returned in the exact same condition when shipped from us and must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery to your address. We take extensive photos and make condition reports in detail so that we can verify the exact conditon of each instrument. If there is any sign of addtional wear or any sign that someone attempted to remove or replace parts, we will refuse to accept that instrument for return or refund.
