We use UPS for all of our shipping. Shipping is free on most orders over $199. However, large oversized items like amplifiers and speakers do have an additional charge. Please contact us and we will let you know if there are any shipping costs. 

There is no sales tax if we ship outside of the state of Florida. We ship only to the Continental United States and do not ship internationally. All shipments are packed carefully by us and insured. Most items are shipped within one to three days of your order. 

Make sure that your email address is correct because this is how we will notify you of your tracking numbers and communicate with you about your order. You can go to ups.com and track your order through their website. If your shipment arrives with noticable damage on the outside of the box, make sure that your UPS driver notes this damage before you sign for it. If you discover hidden damage, contact us immediately.
